Fence washing and waterproofing

Martir said our fence was never treated or stained. Our fence is getting green and warped so we asked Capitol Builders Group to do this for us. His team did a great job and even stained our ramp to our shed to match. They also nailed down some warped boards. Stain was Behr Premium Natural. It is more orange than I expected so I don't like that but everybody else says it looks nice. Cost: $1600

Washing Machine

Machine leaked water during my attempt to wash a cushion. The repair man came and said there was no leak. Likely the cushion made it go off balance and he said to not do that again. It received a check up and he ran two washes with no issues. He recommend replacing the legs with vibrating pads, not the soft pad we had before.
